Buckingham Commons is a one-bedroom post and beam loft apartment overlooking Frontier Field (Rochester Red Wings Baseball). As you enter the unit, you'll be greeted by an open floor plan that embraces the loft aesthetic. The spacious and bright bedroom has a comfortable King-sized bed, plenty of storage options, and very tasteful decor.

This apartment is located near the highway and provides easy access for commuters and those who value convenient transportation options. Parking is off-street and gated. Washers and dryers are coin-operated and located on the first floor of the building. There is also a fitness room open to all guests staying in the building.

All guests have full private access to the unit and the incredible roof-top terrace is available to enjoy for all residing in the building.

The unit is located in downtown Rochester near Frontier Field, High Falls, Monroe Community College, Genesee Brewery, and within walking distance to Main Street.

Rochester is not known for its public transportation so we would recommend a car or using Uber to get around.

We take scrupulous care of our units, and if you are not someone who will treat this apartment with the greatest of care, please consider another accommodation.

There is no smoking of any kind in the unit. We test after a guest leaves if smoking in the unit takes place, and if so, there will automatically be a $150 penalty for not following the rules. If the smell is so bad that it affects the living space and furniture, the guest will be responsible for covering that cost. A 20% administrative fee will be applied if any damages occur during the tenancy.

Do not place anything that might harm the furniture. If the furniture is damaged, discolored, or compromised in any way, guests will be charged to have the furniture repaired or replaced.

Towels are provided in all units. Towels should never be used to remove make-up, hair dyeing, cleaning of pets, or anything that might discolor or stain them. Charges will apply.


No pets weighing more than 25 lbs. Certain breeds are restricted. Pets are only allowed on the furniture or in the bed if the guest brings covers for furniture, and no dogs under one year old. A Pet Addendum has to be signed acknowledging the owner's responsibilities and returned before arrival. If it is discovered that the guest needs to consider these requirements, you can be asked to leave with no refund.

There are quiet hours between 10 pm and 7 am, which are strictly enforced.
