This level features two beautifully decorated bedrooms and two bathrooms, each offering vibrant local decor and terracotta-tiled floors. Large windows throughout frame the picturesque cityscape, allowing you to enjoy the stunning views from the comfort of your home.
Ascending to the second level, you’ll find a spacious and fully equipped kitchen designed for both functionality and style. This kitchen includes modern amenities such as a dishwasher, a water filtration system providing potable water, and ample counter space for meal preparation. This floor has an inviting layout with convenient access to the rest of the home.

IMPORTANT: Please note that the home is accessible only via steep pedestrian alleyways, which might not be suitable for everyone. There are roughly 150 steps from either La Pipila or El Centro to the house. Parking is available at El Pipila Monument, with both secure and free options. We also can arrange for porters to help carry luggage to the house for a small fee.
