This unit is located in Rochester’s first ApartHotel; a building in which all units are fully furnished and have select, hotel-like amenities. This brand new, modern designed 1-bedroom loft unit has a fully equipped kitchen and stainless steel appliances with granite surfaces. The unit has an entire wall of windows that looks down to the street below and allows in beautiful natural light. Beautiful room darkening blinds roll down for privacy in the evening. The loft living area has mid-century modern  furnishings with a large shag area rug and a 55″ SMART flat screen that provides a variety of entertainment options including HBO. For your dining comfort, there is a nook for hosting intimate meals.  Unit 302 is the only apartment in the ApartHotel that has its own private balcony for sunny and barbecuing in the warmer months. And finally, the unit is located in downtown Rochester’s East End and within walking distance to a plethora of activities and city amenities.

More information… The space

This quiet, spacious apartment is located on the third (top) floor. On the ground level, there is a new co-work space, and a unique drinking establishment. Othere amenities for guests is a private elevator to the ApartHotel, a fitness room and in late Spring 2020 a rooftop terrace will open.

Additionally, each unit comes equipped with an Amazon Echo and Alexa as your virtual concierge – bringing you music, information, and host of other “skills” that will make your experience staying with us unlike any other in Rochester.

Guest access

Guests have full private access to their apartment through an electronic key fob system. There is opened-aired garaged parking offered (for an additional fee of $5/day or $60/month) which features automatic doors and sensors.

A representative of Abodes ApartHotel is available to meet guests up until 8 pm. After this time, self-check-in is available. The option to directly call or text an ApartHotel representative is also available for any guest questions or specific needs you may have during your stay.
